July 1612:00 PM (Check‑in begins at 11:45 AM)

Creating a culture where people feel safe to speak up, share ideas, and take risks is essential for high‑performing teams — especially in local government. Learning Objectives

This training is ideal for supervisors, managers, and anyone who wants to strengthen team culture. You’ll learn:

    1. What psychological safety is and why it matters

    2. The four developmental stages teams move through

    3. How leaders and teams can create environments that encourage speaking up

    4. Practical strategies you can apply immediately
